    At ErgoCloud, we are proud to offer FREE standard shipping on all orders across the United States for a limited time. To ensure the fastest possible delivery for our customers, all orders are dispatched directly from our U.S.-based fulfillment centers. Our goal is to make your journey to back comfort as smooth and transparent as possible.


    Processing Time

    • Order Processing: All orders are handled and dispatched within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

    • Shipping Confirmation: As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an automated email containing your Tracking Number to monitor your package in real-time.

    • Estimated Delivery: 3–5 business days (Standard Shipping).

    • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (Available at checkout for select regions).


    πŸ“ Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages

    To ensure a successful delivery, please double-check your shipping address at checkout. ErgoCloud is not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us by the carrier due to an incomplete address or refusal of delivery, a $14.95 return handling fee will be applied. This fee covers the cost of processing and return transportation charged by the carrier and is not a penalty.


    πŸ›‘οΈ Lost or Delayed Shipments

    Once your package is handed over to the carrier (USPS, FedEx, or UPS), the final delivery is managed through their network. While ErgoCloud is not responsible for delays caused by carrier operations or severe weather, we stand by our customers. If your shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will conduct a review and provide a resolution (replacement or refund) in accordance with our protection policy.


    ⚠️ Shipping Exceptions

    Please note that shipping times are estimates. While 95% of our orders arrive within the 3-5 day window, delays may occasionally occur due to high seasonal volume or carrier disruptions beyond our control.
